Reward pending or not credited

Version 1.0 · Effective

This is the question support receives more than any other, and it deserves a real answer rather than "please wait 48 hours". Below is every cause we actually see, what you can do about each, and - the part most sites leave out - the cases where a genuinely completed offer can never be paid.

Check this first

Open the offer's own page and read the conditions again, then check which state your reward is in:

  • Nothing at all in your history - the advertiser has not reported anything to us. Nothing is owed yet, and the causes below are the reasons why.
  • Pending - the advertiser has reported it. The 24-hour hold is running and there is nothing to do but wait.
  • Credited - it is in your available balance and can go towards the ₹100.00 withdrawal minimum.
  • Reversed - the advertiser confirmed it and then withdrew the confirmation, usually because their own checks flagged the account later. We cannot keep money that has been taken back from us.

The distinction that matters is the first one. "Pending" means the system is working and you are waiting. "Nothing recorded" means the action never reached us, and waiting will not fix it.

It is still inside the hold

Confirmed rewards sit for 24 hours before they become available. On top of that, advertisers do not confirm instantly: minutes for a simple app install, up to 48 hours for most things, and sometimes longer for financial offers where a KYC check happens on their side first.

So a same-day "it has not credited" is usually just early. The hold is not a delaying tactic - it is the window in which an advertiser can still reverse a conversion, and paying before it closes would mean paying out money we might have to take back. The full timeline is on the payouts page.

You already had the app or an account

Almost every install offer pays for a new user. If the app has ever been installed on that device with that Play Store account, or if you already have an account with the advertiser, the advertiser sees a returning user and pays nothing. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help - they match on the store account, not on the app being present.

What you can do: nothing retrospectively, and we would rather say so than keep a claim open for three weeks. Before starting an install offer, check the app drawer and the Play Store library first. It is the single most effective habit for avoiding this whole page.

A VPN, or a different device

Campaigns are targeted by country, and sometimes by state, device type or OS version. A VPN or proxy puts you outside the target, and the cleanest outcome is that the offer simply does not pay. The messier outcome is that it looks like fraud: mismatched location signals are one of the strongest indicators advertisers use to reject conversions, and repeated rejections raise a flag on your account here too.

Battery savers and aggressive privacy browsers cause a quieter version of the same problem by blocking the redirect chain before it reaches the advertiser.

What you can do: turn the VPN off before you start an offer, not midway through, and use a normal browser. If a reward was rejected for location reasons and you were not using a VPN, tell us in the claim - we can see which country the click was recorded from and that is worth checking.

A required step was skipped

The offer conditions are the contract, and they are stricter than they look. "Install and open" means the app must be opened. "Register and complete KYC" is not complete at registration. "Play to level 5" pays at level 5 and not at level 4. Some offers require you to keep the app installed for a period, and uninstalling early reverses a reward that had already appeared.

Speed also counts against you. Advertisers reject conversions that complete impossibly fast, because that is what automated abuse looks like.

What you can do: re-read the conditions and finish the step if it is still open - many offers will credit late once the milestone is genuinely reached. If you uninstalled early, reinstalling will not restore the reward.

The advertiser's tracking failed

Sometimes nothing was your fault. The advertiser's attribution provider dropped the event, their postback to our server never arrived, or the campaign was paused and the budget exhausted between your click and your completion. We see this from our side as silence, which is indistinguishable from a user who never completed anything.

What you can do: raise a claim. This is the category where a claim genuinely helps, because we can go back to the network with your click identifier and timestamp and ask them to look for the missing event.

Raising a claim with us

Email manoharkumarmahto796@gmail.com from the address on your account, within 30 days of completing the offer. Networks discard click data quickly; after that window there is nothing left for anyone to look at.

Include, because without these there is nothing to investigate:

  • your registered mobile number;
  • the offer name and the date and rough time you started it;
  • proof from the advertiser's side - their welcome email, the account or order ID they gave you, or a screenshot of the completed step showing the account you used;
  • the device and browser, and whether a VPN was on at any point.

What happens next: we check our click and postback records, and if they support you we raise it with the network. That round trip typically takes one to two weeks, and the answer comes from the advertiser, not from us. We will tell you what they said either way, including when the answer is no.

When we cannot pay you

Here is the uncomfortable part, stated plainly because you will find it out eventually anyway: some genuinely completed offers are never reported, and those cannot be paid.

We are paid by the advertiser for confirmed conversions and we pass on a share. When a conversion is never confirmed, we have not been paid for it. Paying you anyway would mean paying from the platform's own funds on nothing but a screenshot, and a platform that does that for everyone who asks does not survive long enough to pay anybody - which is how most of the sites this one gets compared to ended.

So the honest position is: we will chase it, we will tell you what the network said, and if the answer is that no conversion exists, that reward is gone. It is a real cost of using any offerwall, ours included, and it is the main reason to treat this as small occasional money rather than something to count on.

If you think a decision was wrong, email manoharkumarmahto796@gmail.com and we will review it again. And if a reward was withheld because of an account flag rather than a tracking failure, the appeal route is in the fraud policy.
