Who can use EarnOrbit

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be resident in India.
• One account per person. One account per device, and one account per payout destination. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses or offers more than once is a breach of these terms.
• You must register with your own Google account and your own mobile number.

Your account

Your account is created through Google sign-in, after which you set a mobile number and a password. You are responsible for keeping that password confidential. If you lose access to the Google account you signed up with, contact support - we will verify your identity before restoring access.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is operated fraudulently, or where we are required to do so by law. Where an account is closed for a reason other than fraud, rewards already credited and eligible for withdrawal remain payable to you.

How rewards work

EarnOrbit is funded by advertisers. An advertiser pays us when a user completes a specific action - installing an app, registering, reaching a defined milestone - and we pass a share of that payment to you as a reward.

A reward is earned only when the advertiser confirms the action to us. Starting an offer, clicking a link, or believing you have completed an action does not by itself earn a reward. The reward amount is the amount shown on the offer at the time you started it, and is set by us - never taken from the advertiser's own report.

Crediting, rejection and reversal

A reward moves through these states:

• Pending - the advertiser has reported the action and we are checking it. The amount shows as on hold and is not yet withdrawable.
• Credited - the reward has been added to your available balance.
• Not approved - the advertiser did not confirm the action, or our checks found it did not meet the offer's requirements. No reward is paid.

We may reverse a credited reward where the advertiser later withdraws its confirmation, where the action is found to be duplicated, or where the reward was credited in error. A reversal is taken from your available balance. Where that balance is insufficient, we will not take the amount from unrelated rewards without contacting you first.

Bonuses and holds

Joining and referral bonuses are discretionary promotional credits, not payment for work. We may change or withdraw them at any time, and they do not form part of any agreed consideration.

Bonuses and certain rewards are held for a period - currently 24 hours - before they become withdrawable. The hold gives the advertiser time to withdraw a confirmation and gives us time to complete fraud checks. A held amount that fails those checks goes to manual review and may be cancelled.

Your balance is not a deposit

Your EarnOrbit balance is a record of promotional rewards we owe you. It is not a deposit, not a prepaid payment instrument, and not e-money. You cannot load money onto it, you cannot transfer it to another user, and it cannot be spent anywhere other than by withdrawing it to your own bank or UPI account. We do not hold customer funds and we pay no interest.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• hold more than one account, or use another person's device, identity or payout account;
• use emulators, automation, bots, VPNs or proxies to complete offers;
• install and immediately uninstall an app, or reverse an action, to trigger a reward;
• submit false information to an advertiser;
• interfere with our tracking, or attempt to alter reward amounts or click data;
• resell, share or publish offer links outside the referral programme.

We may withhold rewards, reverse credited rewards, and close accounts for any of the above. The fraud policy explains how this is handled and how to appeal.

Tax

You are responsible for any tax payable on amounts you receive from EarnOrbit. Where we are required to deduct tax at source we will do so, and the amount you receive will be reduced accordingly. We do not provide tax advice.

Liability

EarnOrbit is provided as it is. We do not promise that any offer will be available, that any advertiser will confirm your action, or that you will earn any particular amount. We are not responsible for an advertiser's own product, terms or conduct.

Where we are liable to you, our total liability is limited to the greater of the rewards credited to your account in the three months before the claim, or ₹1,000.00. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give notice on the site before it takes effect. The version and effective date at the top of this page tell you which version applies. You may close your account at any time - withdraw your available balance first, as we cannot pay out after closure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ranchi have jurisdiction.

This does not affect your rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer you keep every right you have to bring proceedings before a consumer forum at your own location under the Consumer Protection Act, and nothing above is intended to remove that right.
