What we collect and why

Google account data

Signing up with Google gives us your name, email address, profile picture URL and Google's stable account identifier. We use them to create your account, to establish that your email is real without sending a verification email, and to let you recover your password later by signing in with the same Google account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Calendar, and we do not use Google data for advertising.

Automated fraud checks

We score accounts and reward events automatically, using signals such as how many accounts share a device or signup network, how quickly a conversion followed a click, and whether a payout destination has been seen on another account. A high score does not close your account by itself - it holds the reward for a person to review.

You can ask for a human review of any automated decision that affects your rewards. Write to manoharkumarmahto796@gmail.com. We do not publish the exact thresholds, because that would tell the people we are trying to stop precisely where the line sits.

Who we share data with

• Advertisers and their tracking networks receive only an anonymous click identifier. They do not receive your name, email, mobile number or payout details.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf.
• A payment provider, once one is in place, to send your withdrawal. It receives the amount and the payout account you gave us.
• Law enforcement or a regulator, where we are legally required to.

We do not sell personal data, and we run no advertising or analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

The table above gives the period for each type. Financial records are kept for eight years because tax law requires it - deleting your account does not delete the record that a payment was made. Anything not required for a legal or accounting purpose is deleted or anonymised when its period ends.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• erase your data, subject to the financial records we are required to keep;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.

We respond within 30 days. Your data rights explains how to make a request. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. IP addresses are hashed rather than stored. Administrator access is limited by permission, logged, and re-authenticated before any action that moves money. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board.

Children

EarnOrbit is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child holds an account, tell us and we will remove it.
