Your data rights

What you can ask for

• Access - a copy of your personal data and a summary of what we do with it.
• Correction - fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Erasure - delete your data, subject to the records below.
• Nomination - name someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.

How to make a request

Open a support ticket from your account, or email privacy@earnorbithub.site from the address on your account. Say which of the above you want. We will verify it is you before we act - usually by asking you to send the request from your registered email and confirm your registered mobile number.

Withdraw your available balance before asking for deletion. We cannot pay out after the account is gone.

What deletion does and does not remove

Removed or anonymised: your name, email address, mobile number, password hash, Google account identifier, device and IP hashes, support messages, and your profile.

Retained: the financial record of rewards credited and payments made, for eight years, because tax law requires it. These records are reduced to the amounts, the dates and an internal account reference - they no longer identify you by name, email or number. Audit logs of administrator actions are kept on the same basis.

How long it takes

We acknowledge within 24 hours and complete within 30 days. If a request is complex and will take longer we tell you why. If we refuse a request we tell you the reason and how to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
