Fraud policy
Version 1.0 · Effective
Advertisers stop paying when traffic is fraudulent, and when they stop paying there are no rewards for anyone. Keeping abuse out is what keeps this working for honest users.
Why this exists
We are paid per verified action. If a meaningful share of those actions turn out to be one person with twenty accounts, the advertiser withdraws the campaign and every genuine user loses access to it. This policy is not about punishing people; it is about keeping the offers available.
What counts as abuse
- Holding more than one account, or using another person's device, identity or payout account.
- Emulators, virtual devices, automation or bots.
- VPNs or proxies to appear to be somewhere you are not.
- Installing and immediately uninstalling an app, or reversing an action, to trigger a reward.
- Giving an advertiser false information.
- Interfering with our tracking, or trying to alter reward amounts or click data.
- Referral farming - creating accounts, or recruiting people on your own device or network, to collect referral bonuses.
How we detect it
We score accounts and reward events using signals including how many accounts share a device or signup network, how quickly a conversion followed a click, whether a payout destination appears on other accounts, and the pattern of activity over time. Advertisers also report actions they later find to be invalid.
We do not publish our thresholds or the full signal list. Publishing them would tell the people we are trying to stop exactly how far they can go, and would not help anyone using the platform honestly.
What happens
Depending on what we find, and roughly in order of severity:
- a reward is held for review by a person rather than credited automatically - this is the most common outcome, and often nothing further follows;
- a specific reward is not approved, or a credited one is reversed;
- referral bonuses are withheld;
- the account is blocked.
An automated score never closes an account on its own. A person reviews it first. Where an account is blocked for confirmed fraud, rewards obtained through that fraud are forfeited.
How to appeal
Email manoharkumarmahto796@gmail.com from your registered address with your mobile number and what you think happened. A person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it. If you share a household, a device or a Wi-Fi connection with another user, say so - it is a common and entirely innocent explanation for signals that otherwise look bad, and we can usually verify it.
If you are not satisfied, reply to our decision email and we will review it again.
